In the education of the hearing impaired, the role of parents is very important. The parent training programmes are organized in both the schools. In this, parents are informed about hearing loss & its causes, care of hearing aids & importance of communication, reading & non academic subjects. Presentations are made on how parents communication should take up their ward’s lessons.
Career guidance is organized in collaboration with Maharashtra Times, Deaf Action Group and Vijay Shikshan Sanstha, for SSC passed students. It Provides detail information on various career options and opportunities.
